We’re Hiring: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert

Are you a data-driven CRO specialist with a passion for enhancing user journeys and driving measurable growth? We’re looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to join our marketing team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact A/B tests, fostering a culture of experimentation, and ensuring best CRO practices are followed across the company—including developing hypotheses, opportunity sizing, prioritization, and analyzing results.

You’ll work closely with UX design, data, website development, product, and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in a digital advertising-driven company as a CRO specialist
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, behavioral psychology, and conversion funnels
• Proven ability to run high-velocity A/B, MVT, and Split tests
• Expertise in identifying drop-off points in the funnel and optimizing them
• A data-driven mindset—deep knowledge of performance marketing metrics and the ability to leverage opportunity sizing and prioritization frameworks.

Salary:

• 3500 - 4500 €/monthly gross.
• We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
