Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Forex (Foreign Exchange) or Treasury domain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of financial systems and strategies related to Forex and Treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:

o Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows related to Forex and Treasury operations.

o Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

o Develop detailed functional specifications and business requirements documentation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with stakeholders, including finance teams, IT, and external partners, to gather and validate requirements.

o Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear understanding of business needs.

• Solution Design and Implementation:

o Support the design, testing, and implementation of Forex and Treasury systems and solutions.

o Ensure solutions align with business requirements and regulatory standards.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

o Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.

o Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and performance.

o Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

o Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment and user satisfaction.
