About the RoleAre you an expert in Power BI with a passion for transforming data into impactful business insights? Join our team as a Senior Power BI Data Analyst, where you will leverage your expertise to build data-driven solutions that optimize manufacturing operations and enhance decision-making.
What You’ll Do🔹 Power BI Development & Data Visualization- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
- Transform complex datasets into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations for stakeholders across different business functions.
- Implement DAX calculations, Power Query (M), and data modeling to drive deeper analysis and better decision-making.
- Stong working experience with performance optimisation ,RLS implementation , Handling huge data, Incremental refreshes, Connecting to various sources such as Azure ,Good Story telling with Power BI reports with an efficient data retrieval and usability.
- Familiarity with Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, production databases, and IoT devices.
- Utilize Power Query, SQL, and Azure Data Services to integrate and process large datasets.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and governance for accurate reporting.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities by applying advanced analytics within Power BI.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize manufacturing operations, improve productivity, and reduce waste.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to drive data-driven strategies.
- Stay up to date with Power BI updates such as Fabric, best practices, and emerging analytics trends to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Train and mentor users on Power BI best practices and self-service analytics.
✔ Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Experience – 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with strong expertise in Power BI.
✔ Technical Proficiency – Deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and experience with Azure Data Services (optional but a plus).
✔ Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret large datasets and drive actionable business insights.
✔ Communication Skills – Strong ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
