In this role, you’ll work closely with our User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative teams to deliver actionable insights, create dashboards, and conduct experiments that shape the success of our mobile F2P project, Star Merge.

Responsibilities:

  • Create dashboards and reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct experiments utilizing relevant approaches (A/B test, causal impact, GeoX, etc.)
  • Create and implement an accurate LTV forecasting system.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses and present the results in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Reconcile data from various analytics sources (MMP, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, App Store Console) to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality data and insights to the User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative teams to support decision-making.
  • Regularly collaborate with teams to understand their needs and ensure access to relevant analytical resources.
  • Evaluate the incremental impact of marketing on business performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing data analyst in mobile gaming.
  • Practical experience with BI analytical tools.
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, and the SKAN (SKAdNetwork) framework.
  • Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Skills in conducting Marketing A/B tests and interpreting their results.
  • Proficiency in English (at an Upper-Intermediate level).
