We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer with a strong background in mobile product design to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for a designer who’s passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and mentoring others. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, beautiful, and engaging experiences that delight users and drive business results.

About the Company: Our client developed a leading product solving cleaning services for the short-term rental industry. Offering 24/7 live customer support and available in six languages, it was founded in 2016 for short-term rental operators and has grown to be a globally distributed team of over 120 employees across 6 countries.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across native mobile apps and digital platforms
• Translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant, user-centered solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for mobile-first experiences
• Apply deep knowledge of mobile interaction patterns and UI best practices to deliver intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement designs with a high level of polish and attention to detail
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow and elevate their craft
• Advocate for design quality and user-centered thinking across the organization
• Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and processes

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing native mobile app work
• Mastery of mobile interaction patterns and UI design across iOS and Android platforms
• Exceptional visual design skills and a keen eye for typography, layout, and detail
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, including the use of components, variants, and design tokens
• Experience contributing to and managing design systems at scale
• Proven ability to measure and track design impact using KPIs, user metrics, or other success indicators
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced, user- focused environment
