Technical Support Engineer - Network and Automation

To a company which we are consulting for, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Support Engineer to provide technical support for network equipment, routers, and related systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and is passionate about networking and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Industrial network devices, routers, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by customers
• Assist clients in configuring and deploying network solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Prepare technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides
• Deliver remote training or demonstrations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering, electrical & electronics engineering, or a related technical field
• At Least 1 years of hands-on experience in network equipment, industrial automation, or related technologies
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, IP configuration, VPN, and industrial connectivity
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Turkish, and English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SCADA systems, IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus), or edge computing
• Basic scripting or programming skills are a plus
