Your future Role

• Perform manual testing within the backend team to help maintain the stability and reliability of our products.
• Continuously improve software quality, review user-stories and strive for test automation for the TimeTac product line.
• Effectively identify and communicate bugs discovered during testing.
• Work closely with Software Developers and Product Managers to understand technical requirements and create test plans and test cases.
• Contribute actively to agile team meetings. (Our working language is English.)

Your Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a QA Software Tester or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with PHP and MySQL at a basic level.
• Proven experience testing REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools such as Kibana or Sentry.
• Interest in security and performance testing.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for being involved in the broader software development process.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and communicative approach to work.
• Experience using Jira and other Atlassian products is desired.

We offer a minimum salary of € 44.500 gross per year (ST1, Einstiegsstufe) without relevant experience based on the IT collective agreement. Considerable over-payment is possible for candidates with relevant professional experience and qualifications.
