Developer FPGA

With this job opportunity, you will embrace the following challenges:

• Development of hardware controllers, ethernet switches and soft processors in FPGA, for embedded devices;

MUST HAVE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science (or similar);
• 4+ years of experience in a similar job;
• Experience with VHDL (Verilog will be a plus);
• Experience with Xilinx or Altera tools and platforms (Quartus, Vivado);
• Experience with HW/SW integration;
• Experience implementing high bandwidth/low latency memory interfaces;
• Hardware/System architectural design;
• Teamwork oriented;
• Self-organized and results oriented;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Passion for learning.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge with Network and Ethernet implementation/integration in FPGA, including Ethernet switching;
• Knowledge in implementing/integrating standard communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, LVDS, PCIe, etc.);
• Knowledge in C to Hardware conversion;
• Experience integrating IP from third parties (OpenCores, proprietary/licensed, etc.);
• C/C++ programming knowledge;
• Agile development process;
• Version Control Systems (SVN, GIT).
