Short Term Contract - Daily Rate - Immediate Start - Hybrid Model
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to manage AWS cloud infrastructure, support the migration from GitHub to a new version control platform, and optimise CI/CD pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering teams to automate workflows, ensure efficient deployments, and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead migration of source code from GitHub to a new SCM platform (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Manage and optimise AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Set up monitoring with AWS CloudWatch and related tools.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and Git-based version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code, and containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch, Terraform, and DevOps best practices.
