About Them

We're working with a growing tech company, looking to bring on 2 Mid to Senior Fullstack Engineers. They build the software that powers smooth customer experiences for some Australian Brands, and expanding globally.

The Opportunity:

We're searching for two experienced Full Stack Developers to contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable, and reliable server-side solutions and web applications. You’ll be a key part in a collaborative team environment, tackling complex problems and helping to mentor junior developers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building Great Software: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust software solutions. Writing clean, maintainable code, and ensuring the platform scales effectively.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackling technical challenges, articulating complex concepts, and refining specifications based on technical needs.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Working closely with other developers, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level team members.
• API and Integrations: Creating and maintaining APIs, and integrating third-party services.
• Security: Implementing security measures to protect data and applications.

Skills

• 4 + years as a Software Engineer
• Experience having used: Python, Node, React, or React Native.
• Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL).
• Loves working in a collaborative, none corporate environment.
