Responsibilities:
1.System Planning & Implementation: Gather and analyze overseas business needs, plan and execute application systems, ensuring successful deployment and maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
2.Project Management & Team Development: Conduct regular project meetings and reviews; establish and promote project standards to ensure timely delivery and continuous team improvement.
3.System Integration: Oversee the planning, development, and optimization of overseas system integration, ensuring alignment with company standards and improving overall efficiency while reducing costs.
4.Technology Research & Optimization: Evaluate new technologies and tools for IT integration, data governance, and efficiency improvements to enhance system performance and data quality.
5.Information Security: Collaborate on overseas information security strategies, manage system permissions, and ensure compliance to prevent data breaches and security incidents.
6.System Maintenance & Data Analysis: Manage daily system operations, perform data governance and BI reporting to ensure system stability and support business decisions.
7.IT Support: Provide IT support for overseas subsidiaries, including demand management, user training, core data maintenance, and desktop services.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems; PMP certification or Information System Project Manager certification preferred.
2.3+ years of experience in IT application system project implementation; experience in CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, and data governance projects preferred.
3.Familiar with Windows, Linux systems, and terminal desktop management and operation; familiar with overseas IT systems and cloud platforms.
4.Possess enterprise application development experience, familiar with enterprise business data architecture knowledge, Windows, Linux system management and operation, proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as JAVA, .Net, Python, and familiar with mainstream database management and operation such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
5.Familiarity with high-tech manufacturing enterprise management, product R&D business processes, and information systems such as ERP, MES, master data management, CRM, and PLM is preferred.
6.Excellent comprehension and learning abilities, strong project management skills, communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and stress resistance.
