Lead Backend Engineer

We've partnered with one of the fastest growing betting/iGaming companies in the world who are opening up a brand new office here in Dubai and now looking for a hands on Lead Backend Engineer to help them truly elevate their product for their huge user base. 🙌

This role would be great for someone who seriously cares about making an impact with a tech-first organisation, someone who's excited about leading/growing their own backend team and for someone who's excited about solving deeply challenging technical problems.

💪 Here's what you'll ideally have:

• Recent hands on commercial experience with Golang (2+ years' minimum).
• Commercial experience of leading small backend/full stack teams.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture(s).
• A deep understanding of Kubernetes (with GCP experience being a huge plus).
