IT Risk and Compliance Specialist

Founded in 2014, Param became Turkey's first licensed electronic money institution by obtaining a license from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). Together with its group companies, Param offers comprehensive financial technology solutions, including electronic money, prepaid cards, physical, virtual, and mobile POS systems, e-wallets, issuing, acquiring, processing, BNPL, online collections, and open banking, serving both individual and corporate customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields,
• Familiarity with data protection, information security and cybersecurity principles,
• Knowledge of networking, security systems, active devices, IT framework implementation (e.g.COBIT, ISO, PCI DSS standards),
• Fluent in English.

Job Description

• Identifying the appropriate strategy for information technologies risk management and providing risk management studies,
• Identifying requirements of law and regulations and monitoring action plan to eliminate risks,
• Coordinating and monitoring of external/internal IT audit activities,
• Implementing key controls to monitor and mitigate both IT and business risks
• Analyzing privacy impact on new products and determining the key risk areas.
