Summary:

We are looking for a UI Designer & Delivery Builder, a hybrid role that blends user interface design with project delivery execution in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces while also ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects by managing data validation, configuration tasks, and collaborating with technical teams. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organizational skills to follow structured processes effectively. While advanced coding is not required, basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL) is a strong plus, as is experience with project management tools and quality assurance processes.

As this role involves supporting global projects, schedule flexibility is required to accommodate different time zones and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and high-quality implementation.
Create prototypes and final UI designs that align with usability standards and business goals.
Manage the project delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of client data.
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand and fulfill client data requirements.
Execute project delivery tasks, following predefined processes, reviewing scripts, and handling basic configurations.
Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during the delivery process.
Ensure quality control by working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
Document project delivery processes to maintain comprehensive records and ensure process optimization.

Requirements:

Experience in UI design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Previous experience in IT support, configuration support, or a related field is preferred.
Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or Git) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed processes.
Quality Assurance mindset to ensure the accuracy of deliveries.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a hybrid role with evolving responsibilities.
Familiarity with cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3 is a plus.
Schedule flexibility required.
