Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer for our client in logistics SaaS area to lead the development and optimization of digital projects and platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and contribute across backend, frontend, and DevOps systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable backend services using Node.js, managing data operations with Sequelize ORM and Mongoose ORM.
• Ensure seamless real-time communication using WebSocket (Socket.IO).
• Oversee API documentation and development with Swagger.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React.js with Material-UI, ensuring alignment with backend services.
• Optimize performance with Redis for caching and enhance message reliability using AWS SQS.
• Manage cloud services, including AWS RDS, SES, and CodeDeploy, to ensure reliable deployment and operation.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment workflows for both backend and frontend applications.
• Provide leadership in technical design, code reviews, and best practice adoption.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability.
• Apply DevOps principles to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on backend architecture.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid experience with ORMs like Sequelize and Mongoose.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (SES, RDS, SQS, CodeDeploy).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of API design and documentation using Swagger.
• Experience working with caching systems like Redis and real-time communication frameworks like WebSocket.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality, sustainable code.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
