Your Role:

As a Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the continuous improvement of agricultural robots. You'll translate market needs into high-quality products and act as the crucial link between stakeholders and development teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Vision and Strategy: Define a clear product vision and translate market trends into a concrete roadmap.
• Backlog Management: Build and prioritize a product backlog based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments, dealers, end users, and external partners. Gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into product optimizations.
• Development and Testing: Work with mechanical engineers, embedded software developers, and testers to define, test, and implement new products and improvements.
• Implementation and Training: Oversee the introduction of new products, create documentation, and train internal teams, dealers, and customers.
• Quality Assurance: Analyze complaints, initiate improvements, and ensure products comply with relevant regulations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Agrotechnology, or a related technical field.
• Affinity with the agricultural sector, animal behavior, and modern livestock farming.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product development role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulations such as the Machinery Directive (a plus).
• A structured, results-driven approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
