Project/Service Manager – Collaboration & Productivity

Are you an experienced Project/Service Manager with a strong background in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and large-scale IT environments? We’re looking for a skilled consultant to support a major European institution in delivering secure, robust, and user-centric digital workplace solutions.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate collaboration and productivity projects across departments
• Drive onboarding, change management, and adoption strategies for M365 tools
• Manage service operations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
• Define governance and optimize collaboration workflows
• Deliver workshops, demos, and maintain documentation and service catalogues

✅ Your Profile

• At least 15 years of experience in IT project/service management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collaboration & productivity solutions
• Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, etc.)
• Project Management and IT Service Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL)
• Fluent in English (C1) and working knowledge of French (B1)
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• EU nationality or valid work permit for Luxembourg
