Full-time Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Business & Data Analyst to join the Medical Affairs organisation to contribute to the Digital Transformation of the department.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analytics, experience with working in a pharma (regulated) environment and - as a nice to have- possess a understanding of medical affairs.
• This role involves analyzing complex data sets, creating & testing dashboards (PowerBI), execute extracts & mapping of different data sources and supporting business decisions to enhance the effectiveness of medical affairs strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of medical data
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Business Support: Provide analytical support to medical affairs teams to optimize business strategies and operations.
• Data Management: Ensure data standards & quality
• Collaboration: Work closely with medical teams to execute data-driven initiatives

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
