Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in data science and engineering. This role will play a crucial part in shaping AI strategy, leading AI projects, and expanding AI capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience in Generative AI, particularly in enterprise applications, and can lead AI-driven business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• AI Strategy: Develop and implement AI strategies to meet business objectives.
• Data Science & Engineering: Design and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Generative AI: Lead projects that leverage Generative AI for business solutions.
• Leadership & Implementation: Manage teams to deliver AI projects successfully.
• Adaptability: Work in an evolving landscape with changing technologies, models, and prototypes.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with technical and executive stakeholders effectively.
• Collaboration: Align AI efforts with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies.
• Scalability: Establish repeatable AI processes for sustainable growth.
• Client Impact: Translate AI insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Recruitment: Support AI team expansion as the company grows.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience: 5+ years in data science and AI, including Generative AI.
• Proven Success: Track record of leading AI projects and delivering measurable business value.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and technology trends, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring and leading AI teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business narratives.
• Passion for AI: Strong interest in AI development and AI agent technologies.
