N-Sea is looking for a experienced Crewing Admin to join our team.
As a Crewing Officer at N-Sea, you will play a pivotal role in composing and managing project teams, ensuring the availability and qualifications of personnel, and handling all aspects of visa arrangements and documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless administrative process and ensuring compliance during audits.
In this position you will initially report to the Directors Operations and over time to the Manager Crewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process personnel planning, register days worked, create purchase orders, and check and approve invoices of freelancers and manning agencies.
- Set up and maintain a watertight administration of all VISA related documentation required for the project
- Expedite vessel owners, agencies, and contractors to retain and submit all relevant information in a timely fashion.
- Assist in coordinating visas by chasing and providing all relevant detailed information for the visa.
- Assist in case of Home Office audit by making available all requested information.
- Actively pursue means to improve the workflow/process related to obtaining visas.
- To support with all administrative processes of docs registering and verification in accordance to the established training matrices and project requirements
- Administration of info, docs and etcetera in the Crewing system
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills, secure and into details.
- Understanding of visa processes, work permits and relevant documentation requirements.
- Be the spider in the web, the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player, strong and vocal communication skills required.
- Proven negotiation experience
- Proven experience in crewing coordination or a similar role.
