Currently, we are looking for:

Product Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Manager in our global Technology organization with a focus on building Digital Products for QRG's vCommerce Ventures business and driving innovation in the Streaming space.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Product Development Team in the Streaming Product Portfolio and driving the vision and strategy for our products based on market research, customer and stakeholder needs, company goals and strategy, and market trends.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for the build and execution of the Product Roadmap for our QVC+/HSN+ Streaming Service, including the identification of new opportunities that will delight and engage consumers, how we present our content & merchandise it to convert ‘visitors’ to ‘watchers’ & ‘watchers’ to ‘shoppers,’ and how we nurture and grow those partnerships to drive viewership and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Make strategic decisions on solutions and partners to meet business needs
  • Present product vision and strategy to the team regularly
  • Drive product discovery by integrating research and KPIs
  • Define and use product KPIs with stakeholders to improve the product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement new features
  • Stay updated with industry trends and have broad knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Act as a customer advocate and promote understanding of the Product Owner role in Agile Development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a suitable area such as Engineering, Digital, etc., or a combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Streaming industry knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 3+ years’ experience and proven track record of driving product vision and strategy, as well as building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experienced in Design Thinking and evidence-based decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of Agile Development methodologies and the Product Owner function
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and emerging technologies
  • Ability to travel as needed.
