About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Game Developer with a strong iGaming background to manage a team of 3-5 developers and drive the development of next-generation online gambling games. You will be responsible for leading the game development lifecycle, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. Key Responsibilities:

🎮 Lead and manage a team of 3-5 game developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality game development.

🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive front-end components for online gambling games.

🤝 Work closely with game designers, product teams, and backend developers to create seamless, engaging player experiences.

🚀 Optimize games for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.

🕵️‍♂️ Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth and bug-free game releases.

📜 Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards in the online gambling space.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✅ 3+ years of experience in game development, with at least 1 year in iGaming/gambling/casino gaming.

Proven experience leading a team (3-5 developers) and managing game development projects.

Strong expertise in front-end technologies – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Hands-on experience with game development libraries – WebGL, PixiJS, Canvas, Phaser, Three.js, or Unity (for WebGL).

Experience with game optimization techniques for web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and build tools (Webpack, NPM).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
