.Net Developer

Senior .NET Developer
Initial 6 month contract
Remote (Candidates must be based in Ireland)
Rate : €350 per day

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join an Agile delivery team, working on a technical project within a larger development team. Reporting to the Tech Lead, this role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.

• Design and develop high-quality applications within the .NET framework
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, maintenance)
• Analyze system requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop technical specifications
• Write clean, testable code in .NET and maintain coding best practices
• Ensure alignment between business goals, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Tech Lead
• Take ownership of delivery, proactively identifying and solving technical challenges
• Define and uphold "Definition of Done" to maintain development standards
• Drive culture and ways-of-working improvements within the team
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development
• Full-stack development experience is a plus
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support and guide team members
• Proven ability to lead and influence a team within an Agile environment
• Experience balancing technical and business goals to drive successful outcomes
