The Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for development and IT support? As an Support Developer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure and developing applications to optimize our business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide onsite and remote support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Software Development – Build and maintain internal and external applications using Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and API development (REST/SOAP).
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Generate insights using VBA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Website & Database Management – Maintain company websites (HTML, CSS, PHP) and manage MySQL databases.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance – Oversee FTP data (PowerShell) and ensure IT security compliance.
• Automation & Efficiency – Develop solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Compliance & Security – Adhere to IT security protocols and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel experience
• Solid knowledge of MySQL, Git (Bitbucket), Docker, and HTTP hosting.
• Docker knowledge.
• Understanding of software troubleshooting, network management, and IT security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek improvements.
