ROLE:

This role will join a growing team that will contribute to the digital delivery portfolio within our organization. This role will ensure the successful, end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the ERP transformation program. The Project Manager, ERP will partner with the ERP Transformation lead and project teams to execute the ERP deployment and will be accountable for ensuring that projects are chartered, governed, planned, and executed within agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality. The selected candidate will be part of the team who is responsible for the complete overhaul of the current solutions used by the Global entity, providing a plan, documentation, support and solutions to key user groups. This role will require closely working with all departments within the organization including IT, accounting, legal, procurement, retail, manufacturing and distribution and the operations team, to ensure a stable operating environment, increase efficiencies and exploration of additional capabilities within the systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in business requirements review sessions for system solution with different business groups.
• Partner with the project team to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions, including integrations.
• Drive functional discussions and demonstrate business and ERP knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
• You would be delivering detailed level Functional design involving new features or enhancements
• Run UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off
• Provide support in developing integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing effort with end users
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
• Develop detailed-level project plans for implementation projects.
• Provides continuous updates to key stakeholders during project delivery.
• Manage and lead various projects and manage the expectations of all stakeholders.
• Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project tasks, activity, documentation, time information per internal standards. Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design/project

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience been part of at least one end to end ERP implementation project is an asset
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst/Consultant
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager or team lead
• Experience with SAP ERP would be an asset.
• PMP or PMI certification or other Project Manager certifications preferred
• Negotiation and customer relationship experience.
• Business acumen with strategic insight.
• Leadership with strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
