Day-to-day,

you will:
· Work with our technical leaders to set out a vision for our mobile engineerin

g projects.
· Design and build advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform using Java/Swift/Kotlin/React/R

eact Native.
· Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship

new features.
· Responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the mobile dev

elopment team.
· Work on bug fixing and improving applicati

on performance.
· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize develop

ment efficiency.
· Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new p

roducts/features.
· Participate in the planning process for software development projects, and ensure meeting quality and dead

lines on delivery.
· Ensure delivering the required software quality and reliability of the en

tire team's output.
· Lead a team that will design and develop software solutions to meet agreed acceptance criteria and stories using a range of languages and technologies. Ensure development standards are established, known, and followed wi

thin the Scrum team.
· Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to other members of

the development team.
