IT manager | Senior

Main Responsibilities

Managing workplace and security tools;
Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements with a focus on Windows and Linux devices;
Supervising Identity and Access Management implementations;
Analyzing workplace-related security risks and potential ways to fix them;
End User Support and troubleshooting of advanced issues;
Supporting teammates on technical challenges;
Managing all other related matters to IT infrastructure

Core Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position with Windows and Linux devices, also managing them using policies;
Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Passion for technology;
Knowledge of English;
ClearPass knowledge (an advantage);

Tools You Will Use

PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting experience (API, automation);
VM administration and setup (Hyper-V, Proxmox);
Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing, protocols, basic VPN knowledge);
Windows and Linux server administration (firewalls, accesses, DHCP servers);
SaaS tools knowledge (JIRA, Slack administration)

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2500 - 4100 EUR/Month
