Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing function

Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving B2B customer acquisition and revenue. This role combines acquiring leads and handing them to the sales team for further closing as well as driving direct purchases through our ecommerce platform.


Responsibilities


  • Identify growth drivers and run experiments across different channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, etc.).
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests, leveraging data to drive improvements. Start with macro strategy optimization.
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the website to identify bottle necks in lead and ecommerce purchase acquisition.
  • Implement and oversee CRM (Hubspot), lead scoring, and automation to track and nurture prospects.
  • Regularly analyze data and report on key metrics to guide strategy.

    We’re looking for a candidate that wants and is curious to market a physical product. Something to take in mind as most Growth Marketers work with SaaS products.


    Experience


    • Proven track record in B2B growth marketing (physical product background is a plus).
    • Proficient in working with growth frameworks, different ICPs tailoring the right channel, content and message.
    • Previous experience with finding the right channel fit.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, email marketing and content marketing is a plus
    • Experience in building and managing a lead scoring system and attribution model to track marketing channel impact.
    • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to guide design teams in improving site performance.

  • Key Metrics (KPIs)


    • Awareness (TOFU): Impressions, reach, website traffic (organic/paid/referral).
    • Interest (MOFU): Website engagement, content downloads, retargeting ad engagement.
    • Acquisition (BOFU): eCommerce conversions, SQLs, CAC, ROAS.

  • Salary


    start from 2800 bruto, depend on candidate qualification;

    Health insurance after probation period.
