Fullstack Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Beerse, Belgium. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in backend technologies such as Java and Spring Boot, along with front-end proficiency in React.js. This role requires a collaborative spirit and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong front-end experience with React.js.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

• This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
