Full Stack Engineer

I am partnering with an innovative R&D company based in Germany part of a global biotechnology company. The organizations goals are dedicated to creating scalable software solutions to enhance patient selection for cancer immunotherapy. The team are focused on devloping innovative core technologies that provide a strategic advantage to the group companies.

They are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with a strong passion for innovative technologies to join their team and generate innovation through prototyping and Large Language Models.

Your role:

• Design and develop prototypes and software solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and refine Generative AI prototype pipelines, validating and iterating them up to the MVP stage.
• Implement and enhance solutions using in house proprietary Generative AI Agent and Safe AI technology.
• Analyze project requirements and apply internal methodologies to ensure efficient development.
• Write and optimize code while assessing prototype performance in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct testing and validation of AI models in both internal research and customer-facing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand use cases and system integration requirements.
• Provide technical support during the initial deployment phase of AI solutions.

Your background:

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Demonstrated expertise with technologies such as Pydantic, FastAPI, SQLite, and SQLAlchemy.
• Familiarity with GIT-based development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and associated tools.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, React, and front-end development principles.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
