Operational Security Engineer

We are looking for a talented Operational Security Engineer to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.

📌Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security conditions and supervise security operations.
• Assist with security system upgrades and updates (SOC, Forensics, incident management, etc.).
• Analyse and interpret various security alerts.
• Monitor threats and vulnerabilities.
• Draft and publish security alert bulletins.

💡Skills:

• Experience with managing EDR, AV, Sandboxes, IDS.
• Keep Malware Protection Tools in operational conditions
• Ensure AV and EDR coverage reach 100% on all scopes
• Policy modifications / Deployment on Malware Protection Tools
• Manage access requests
• Manage the relation with vendors
• Handle level 1/2 requests and team mailbox and escalate to L3 if needed
• Handle monitoring alerts
• Be able to automatize all possible tasks by scripting
• Ability to work in an international context (English spoken mandatory)
