We are looking for an NOC Engineer L1 with minimum 3+ years of experience in network operations or its related field.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access points.
- Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic network errors.
- Tracking and documenting network issues.
- Compiling incident reports.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level engineers.
- Good to have CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications.
