Senior Data Scientist – Pricing & Advanced Analytics

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to create real business impact? We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive innovation in pricing and beyond!

Your Role

Develop and implement advanced analytics models in pricing or other business areas.
Design and manage MLOps pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and automation of models.
Explore new data sources, integrating additional features to enhance predictive power.
Collaborate with underwriting, other business units and IT to deploy models and provide analytical support, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Conduct code and model peer reviews, mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices.
Lead or contribute to pricing, data and analytics initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed

Higher education (preferably Master’s degree) in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Several years experience in actuarial pricing, data science or similar roles, with a proven track record of impactful analytics.
Expertise in data processing (e.g. Python, SAS, SQL), modeling (e.g. GLM, machine learning), analysis and results presentation.
Skilled in MLOps and deployment practices (e.g. MLOps pipelines, Git, API).
Analytical mindset – problem solver with teamwork, communication skills and passion for data-driven insights, innovation and business impact.
Fluent in English.

Salary: Competitive, ranging from 4000 - 4800 EUR (before taxes), based on experience and qualifications.
