- NET Developer Routing & Transport Optimization Systems | Remote
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support and enhance transport optimization systems for truck fleets across industries such as waste management, recycling, postal services, oil, and building materials. This role focuses on technical support, issue resolution, system configuration, and enhancements to improve route planning and execution solutions.
Key Details
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: End of March 2025
- Contract Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
- Working Method: Remote (No on-call or weekend activities)
- Language Requirement: Fluent English
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Recreate and diagnose issues related to route optimization systems.
- Modify configurations using XML, UI settings, and Regex.
- Update data via UI or Swagger, ensuring system accuracy.
- Modify C# code and style sheets for system adjustments.
- Highlight and resolve training-related system issues.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement configuration changes using XML, UI, and Regex.
- Modify or extend C# and style sheets as needed for system improvements.
- Submit and track development requests for core product enhancements.
- Manage system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions using playbook methodologies.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# development and system configuration.
- Experience working with XML, UI modifications, and Regex.
- Familiarity with Swagger and data updates.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client interaction.
- Previous experience in technical support is a plus.
