Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple domains.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models for domain-specific applications.
  • Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Implement and test model deployment strategies within production environments to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate model performance and enhance accuracy and efficiency through iterative improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and advancements, applying best practices to our solutions.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and solid experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Expertise with transformer architectures and large language models (LLMs) such as Llama, Mistral, Falcon, and others.
  • Proficient in model optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment workflows to ensure robust and efficient operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve complex issues.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for multimodal applications.
  • Expertise in embedding techniques, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus.
