What You´ll Do

About this Position Lead the VSU process and activities.

• Participate in the project as of design phase and provide feedback/input from the Operations team.
• Lead the start-up end-to-end operational scope definition.
• Coordinate all subject matter experts (VSU team) to prepare a successful start-up.
• Ensure the Operations Assessment is completed.
• Leads the Start-Up success criteria and OEE glidepath /ramp-up.
• Designs and leads Trials, Commissioning, Qualification and Verification details plans.
• Ensure that equipment, materials, people and processes are implemented well enough to ensure smooth mass production according to expected performance.
• Attend the FAT together with representatives from Engineering and Operations team.
• Action creation and follow up on the punch list items (incl FAT).
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• you have at least a bachelor degree from engineering or chemical engineering,
• you have at least 2 years of experience in project management, engineering or manufacturing,
• are results oriented and always thrive for improvement,
• are fluent in Slovenian and English.
