The Role

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you'll be at the core of our technology team, building scalable, high-performance applications using .NET 8 and C#. You’ll design, develop, and optimize our digital healthcare solutions while working with a MongoDB database.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Enhance enterprise-level applications using .NET 8 and C#.
• Design & Implement database solutions with MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Ensure Best Practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with recent expertise in .NET 8.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns & principles.
• Experience in API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React, React native).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies & CI/CD pipelines.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with TypeScript / Node.js
• Ideally, experience with MongoDB, including performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Additional Requirements

• Must have Australian working rights for at least 3 years.
• Willing to undertake a National Police Check.
