Instead, I am talking about actually creating and building delivery-only food brands and cuisines on the Internet.

About Design at Rebel Foods

Design at Rebel Foods has a 360-degree presence to build the most customer-centric products that also translate into real business value. This is one of the places where the products that we design span across B2B & B2C backed by solid research. We have around 10+ Products to tackle the massive complexity of multi-brand operations across geographies. We have managed to keep all parts of the business dexterous and optimized and doing things “first in the world” to achieve a unique, delightful and memorable experience every time. The design team consists of a heterogeneous mix of creative people who have earlier worked in organizations such as Amazon and Google.

What are we looking for?

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Product Designer to help shape the user experience of EatSure and our entire suite of D2C platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions that not only delight our customers but also drive business growth.

We need someone who can

• Think Logically: Can break complex problems and challenge the status quo
• User-Centric Design: Dedicated to the cause of creating a high-quality experience which are thought from customer first lens
• Curious and wide-eyed: Bring in fresh perspective and share ideas which are trending

Who is our ideal candidate ?

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex integrated systems.
• Develop journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes that align with business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the broader ecosystem, business objectives, and user behaviour.
• Use data-driven insights and research findings to inform design decisions.
• Ensure the overall functionality of the product is designed for optimal user experience, making iterations based on user testing and feedback.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or other prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to create design solutions that scale across diverse platforms.

Preferred qualifications & experience:

• B.Des or M.Des from a reputed design school
• 2 - 4 years of relevant industrial experience in UX design
