- Responsibilities:
- Technical support role for the platform:
- • Deal with L1/L2 tickets
- • Escalate to L3 in case of a need
- • Collaborate with different stakeholders
- • Investigate and provide comprehensive details for quick resolution
- Mandatory Skills Description:
- • Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) knowledge
- • Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- • Good networking understanding
- • Strong communication skills (Intermediate English or higher)
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- • ITIL - incident and change management (ServiceNow)
- • Scripting languages knowledge
- • Git (GitHub) knowledge
- • Zabbix monitoring platform
- • Cloud (AWS) and DevOps knowledge
- Languages:
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
