The Project Manager - Enterprise Cyber Security in this role will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the organizations Enterprise Cybersecurity Program. This program is essential to meeting board commitments, audit committee requirements, and IPO readiness. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and a Systems Implementation Partner to plan, execute, and manage all project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager - Enterprise Cyber Security in this role will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the organizations Enterprise Cybersecurity Program. This program is essential to meeting board commitments, audit committee requirements, and IPO readiness. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and a Systems Implementation Partner to plan, execute, and manage all project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Deliverables
- Lead a cross functional project team and a Systems Implementation Partner to plan, execute, and manage all project activities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and integrate project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues.
- Ability to work with and manage third party vendors and partner together to achieve project milestones.
- Identify, track and manage project interdependencies in order to ensure optimal utilization of resources, ongoing risk identification and timely benefits realization on the project level.
- Cultivate relationships to provide project leadership and communicate vision and strategy in a highly matrix environment.
- Manage conflict in larger groups and quickly build strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
- Ensure organizational alignment on scope, schedule, quality benefits and define, implement and monitor appropriate controls to proactively deal with barriers to completion.
- Identifying stakeholders and manage at varying levels within the organization, tailoring your style and approach to meet their needs.
- Actively engage with teams through project delivery to ensure project optimization and alignment with EIAM and PAM strategy.
- Communicate effectively at all levels from senior business stakeholders to technical subject matter experts in designing and developing solutions to business’s needs.
- Actively engage with business areas to ensure access to knowledgeable personnel and execution of project planning and organizational governance.
- Ensure project establishes and delivers on commitment and benefits and establishes metrics to proactively identify areas of risk and allow planning for mitigation.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
- Proven Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to plan, manage and complete monthly project financial reporting for a large project budget of over 1 Million dollars
- Experience with IPO readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex stakeholders and project teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP, Security specific certification - CISSP or CISM or related ( nice to have)
