Cyber Security Analyst

We make Cyber Security Simple. We manage cyber security for our clients (typically up to 1500 employee firms) on a per project or ongoing basis. Our expertise includes PCI-DSS compliance, ISO 270001 compliance, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Assurance (IASME Governance), Office 365 Business Premium, GDPR, and Data Protection.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Apprentice Cyber Security Analyst at Cool Waters Cyber located in Penryn with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves assisting in managing cyber security for clients, participating in Governance, Risk and Compliance projects related to PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 compliance and Cyber Essentials and IASME Cyber Assurance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies an advantage (Full training provided!)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Enthusiastic team player and self-starter
• Lover of tech, gadgets and IT - gamers and nerds welcome!

This role is only open to people who are already living in Cornwall.

This is an entry level role, including study time - you should expect to work hard and progress quickly
