To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Senior System Engineer – Business & IT Services.

Missions

• Analyze, formalize, and oversee system and component requirements.
• Define and maintain interface specifications to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, safety standards, and risk management policies.
• Lead integration, verification, and validation processes to guarantee system performance.
• Implement configuration management methodologies and best practices.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Optimize IT service management (ITSM) processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, improving system capabilities to meet business demands.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical activities within large-scale projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, IT, and business units.
• Act as Technical Work Package Manager (WPM), ensuring overall technical consistency and timely project delivery.

Profile

• 5+ years in product development, system engineering, and IT service management.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or other high-tech sectors is a plus.
• Strong expertise in systems engineering, integration, and risk management.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), business continuity, and process optimization.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs, ensuring IT solutions support strategic objectives.
• Experience in budgeting, IT investment planning, and cost optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
