About the Role:

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Participate in UX research and user interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Proven experience designing for both web applications and websites
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have:

• Illustration skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
