Functional Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst who is passionate about driving improvements in operational processes and enjoys working collaboratively within a Scrum environment. • You manage backlogs and conduct analyses effectively using Jira and Confluence.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal software solutions.
• You apply your knowledge of BPMN and UML to improve process workflows.
• You employ your understanding of IT systems to support software development initiatives.
• You participate actively as a member of Scrum teams, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
• You conduct functional analyses that align with business objectives.
• You are present onsite in Brussels at least twice a week to ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements

• You have at least 4+ years of experience as a functional analyst in software development.
• You possess advanced skills in Jira and Confluence.
• You have a strong understanding of IT systems and software.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills.
• You possess the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• You can work onsite in Brussels a minimum of 2 times per week.
• You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
