Your Daily Impact

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of workforce data across global systems 🧩
• Develop and monitor personnel cost budgets, working closely with Finance to optimize HR expenditures 🏢
• Conduct in-depth Cost Per Item (CPI) analysis and provide insights to Global Operations 📊
• Support compensation monitoring through benchmarking and data-driven recommendations 📌
• Act as the go-to expert for HR data inquiries, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments 👥
  
  

Experience

Your Background:

• Around 3 years in financial or workforce data management, personnel cost budgeting, or business analytics in a global organization
  
  

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau 🛠
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or other querying languages is a plus 💻
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets 🔍
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations 🔐

• High attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy 🎯
