Job Description:

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with a focus on LLMs to build and optimize solutions that enhance the processing and validation of requirements through advanced language models and natural language processing techniques. You will work primarily in Python, leveraging modern NLP frameworks to drive innovation across various projects. Your work will have a significant impact on improving industry standards and operational efficiency, while continuously evolving with the rapid advancements in AI technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize prompts for LLM applications using techniques such as prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and prompt tuning.
  • Design and implement retrieval pipelines (e.g., vector search, embedding models) to enhance data accessibility and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams, to ensure solutions meet technical and domain-specific standards.
  • Fine-tune models on domain-specific datasets to improve accuracy and relevance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by iterating on existing processes and integrating emerging AI technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the AI field with a particular focus on NLP.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering and LLM methodologies.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation approaches and vector search methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using modern NLP libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with requirements management and automotive standards practices is a plus.
