Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Discovery: Conduct interviews and research to identify user pain points and opportunities, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Collaborative Development: Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and internal teams to iteratively build and improve product features.
  • Greenfield Experience: Take ownership of a new product from scratch, ensuring it meets technical requirements and delivers value to end users.
  • Technical Focus: Serve the needs of technical users, such as engineers, architects, and developers, ensuring the product aligns with their workflow and pain points.

  • Technical Background: Ideally, you are an engineer turned Product Manager with experience in cloud infrastructure, middleware, or other technical domains.
  • Hands-On Product Management: You are not just strategic—you thrive on execution and delivering tangible results.
  • Greenfield Development Experience: Proven experience in building new products from scratch, ideally in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
  • Customer-Driven: Experience conducting customer interviews and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in factory automation, manufacturing, automotive, energy, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Preferred Tools & Tech: Experience with middleware, AWS, MongoDB, Snowflake, or similar tools is desirable.
