Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong focus on Deep Learning and Transformers, and expertise in ImageProcessing using Python. This is a remote position within our innovative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, primarily focusing on Deep Learning and Transformer architectures.

2. Utilize cutting-edge techniques such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Transformers for image processing tasks in the healthcare domain.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new data products.

4. Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract insights from complex datasets and apply machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models.

5. Optimize models for accuracy and computational efficiency using libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

6. Document and present results, findings, and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.

7. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into our products and platforms.

**Qualifications:**

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.

2. Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and deep learning purposes.

3. Extensive knowledge of Deep Learning techniques, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Transformers.

4. Experience with ImageProcessing using libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-image, or Keras.

5. Proficient in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

7. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a master's or PhD degree is a plus.

8. Proven track record of applying machine learning algorithms to real-world problems.
