As a Business Analyst you will join our Transformation&Analytics Department within Compliance Division and you will have the chance to drive compliance initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

  • Gross salary. 2300-3000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies


What You Will Do:


  • Enable IT changes in Compliance area by specifying needs, clarifying and recommending solution options
  • Guide the change through IT Governance
  • Act as a support person for Compliance IT projects Business Stakeholders as well as elicit the actual need of the stakeholders
  • Help Compliance employees with understanding Luminor’s technological capabilities, refining the requirements as well as model & maintain them
  • Deliver impact analysis of the change
  • Create acceptance criteria/test scenarios, ensure test cases quality assurance as well as assist with the testing phase of the project
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and act with energy, enthusiasm and commitment


What We Expect:


  • Very good expertise in working with Excel and business process modeling tools like Sparx, basic ability to work with SQL, XML/JSON
  • Strong business process management understanding and ability to model it
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis and Project delivery methodologies
  • Understanding of Data governance, analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Experience with using JIRA and Confluence for documentation, task-handling and communication
  • Innovative mindset combined with thoroughness and accuracy
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
  • Higher education in Legal, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar field
  • IIBA/CPRE/IREB certificate would be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems would be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
