To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Business Insight & Technology - Senior Project Manager.

Missions

• Establish project management and governance structure in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate status updates effectively.
• Ensure adherence to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets following best practices.
• Monitor project performance and implement action plans to meet objectives.
• Oversee project financials and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Proactively remove obstacles and drive project progress.
• Allocate necessary resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
• Prepare project status reports and documentation for sponsors.
• Apply project management best practices, including Agile, SDLC, and PMF methodologies.
• Support business case development and financial planning for digital capability investments.

Profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7+ years of experience managing Pharma GxP system implementation projects.
• Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation projects.
• Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Familiarity with change management processes and regulated document authoring.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
